Took our under warranty battery (about 6 months old) in because it does not keep a charge in our RV. The battery was not purchased from Anderson but they work with the company and tried their best to help us. We appreciate the time they took to try to help us. This included testing the battery and carrying a very heavy battery in and out of the store for us. No charge. Great customer service. We would definitely go back.

This place is great there were fast and friendly a heart is what matters in a business and I felt at home and like family here they even give you a hug if you need one ,I won't go anywhere where else they won. My heart cause that's what they are is all heart much love here and you don't see that very much in buisneses anymore , I m very thank ful for this place great people and family know of mine I felt like family there im so greatful to how found a place like this , thank u all of you from heart your truly the best hugs and love from me to u and your family I appreciate you and your time and just being full of heart thanks again °♡°

Anderson General has provided consistently reliable and honest work for the past 5 years I have been taking my vehicles to them. The one or two times that there was a minor technician slip up regarding saving alignment spec sheets, the manager took full responsibility and went back to re-align the vehicle to provide me with accurate service documentation, even when it required him to stay past closing time (all the while being very apologetic for the inconvenience). They made the effort to be upfront and honest, and make it right at no cost to me, which is not always the case for most mechanic shops nowadays. Not to mention they have never been pushy with upselling services or repairs that you do not need, they will mention areas to keep an eye on for wear, but will not push you on parts. Also, the one time I thought I had a screw lodged in my tire and would cause a flat when I removed it, I took it to AGT and the manager kindly removed the screw and ensured the tire was road worthy, all without ever charging me a dime - truly one of the few honest mechanic shops in town that is not trying to make a buck on you, but actually making sure your vehicle is safe and treating it like it
